What is / isn't included in the sale?
The Super Sale is only for Kidstuff members, available online or in-store. Exclusions include Kidstuff Gift Cards, Tonies, Drop Ship Items, Sale Items, and Gift Wrapping.
When can I expect my order?
During the promotional period and in accordance with required health and safety precautions, it can take up to 10 business days for your order to leave our warehouse. Our team is working hard to get it to you as quickly as possible.
Do you have a pick up in store option?
Yes, we offer Call or Click & Collect services.
Do you do refunds or exchanges?Yes we do.

Tracking Orders
Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your unique tracking number so you can track your order.
Can you gift wrap my order?
We may not offer gift wrapping online during the sale period.
