Refund policy
PAYMENT
Kidstuff accepts Afterpay, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express, Union Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST.
EXCHANGE
In-Store
We offer exchanges for full-priced items. The item must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original packaging and in sellable condition
- Returned within 28 days of purchase (for in-store purchases) or delivery (for online purchases).
A valid proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
Items purchased online can be exchanged in-store only.

Note:
Specific items, such as special ordered large items (i.e., items not regularly stocked and ordered directly from a supplier for you), blind box or trading cards cannot be returned if unwanted, except in cases where your statutory rights apply (e.g., for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods). Please contact customer service to discuss your options.
REFUNDS
In-Store Refund
We accept refunds for full-priced products returned within 28 days of purchase. For change-of-mind items, we offer an exchange or store credit, provided the item:
- Is unopened and unused
- In its original packaging and in sellable condition
- Returned within 28 days of purchase.
A valid proof of purchase is required for refunds or exchanges. For products that are faulty, Kidstuff must be satisfied that the product is indeed faulty, the cause of the fault, and that the problem was not caused by misuse or mishandling of the product by the customer.
Online Refund
We accept refunds for full-priced products returned within 28 days of purchase, provided the item:
- Is unopened and unused
- In its original packaging and in sellable condition
- Returned within 28 days of purchase.
All Online returns please contact customer service at online@kidstuff.com.au or call 1300 57 88 33 to request a refund and be advised on next steps.
If you purchased your item through a third-party marketplace you must contact the customer service team of the marketplace where the original purchase was made. Refunds or returns for marketplace purchases cannot be processed directly through Kidstuff stores or customer service.
For online orders, you may return your item to your nearest Kidstuff store, but please note that the store will not process the refund directly. The refund will only be issued by Kidstuff's online customer service team through the original online purchase method.
STORE CREDIT
Your Kidstuff Credit,
- will be activated within 24hrs of issuing;
- is valid for 6 months from date of creation;
- is non-transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash;
- cannot be used to purchase Gift Vouchers; and
- can be used in any Kidstuff Store.
Pokemon TCG Returns
At Kidstuff we take the integrity and authenticity of our Pokemon cards very seriously. Because trading cards are highly collectible and sealed products can be vulnerable to tampering, we have a strict no returns policy on Pokemon TCG items. Please read below guidelines carefully before making a purchase.
Sealed Product Policy
All factory-sealed products (booster packs, boxes, tins etc) are sold as-is and are non-returnable once purchased.
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns of offer refunds on Pokemon cards for dissatisfaction with pull rates or change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Clear photos of the shipping packaging and the damaged or incorrect item(s) will be required. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion, depending on eligibility.
