Do you send to PO Box or Parcel Locker?

Yes deliveries to PO Box's and Parcel Lockers is possible depending on the size and weight of your order.

Parcel should not be larger than: 35 x 44 x 61cm and heavier than 16kg

Ship to remote locations?

While we do ship to regional and remote locations within Australia, please be aware certain items/orders may have shipping restrictions and take longer than usual to arrive.

Ship internationally?

Unfortunately, Kidstuff does not ship to outside of Australia.

Can I ship an order to a different address as a gift?

Yes, you can ship an order to a different address as a gift! Simply enter the correct shipping address you wish to send the gift to during checkout.

Please ensure the address is accurate to avoid any delivery issues. If you have any special requests or need assistance, feel free to contact our customer service team.

Do you offer free/express shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not offer express shipping at this time. However, free shipping is available for orders over $150.

Please note that some items may incur additional shipping fees due to their size or weight.

How long does my order take to be delievered?

We endeavour to dispatch your order within 2-3 business day of you placing it, however during peak or promotional periods (eg sale, Christmas) please allow up to 10-days for your order to leave our warehouse. You will be notified by email when your has been dispatched from our warehouse. Delivery times may vary depending on location. Please refer to our shipping policy page for more information.

Can I update the shipping address for my online order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed you will be unable to change it yourself. Please contact Customer Care by calling 1300 57 88 33 if you have made an error and we will try to halt your order, however due to fast processing times this is not guaranteed. If your order has already been shipped, you can still redirect it via the Australia Post tracking link.

What is Kidstuff Insurance?

For peace of mind, safeguard your eligible order with Kidstuff's Shipping Insurance. Our Kidstuff Insurance covers orders that are missing or damaged solely during the transit period.

Please be aware that this insurance policy is limited to replacing items that have been damaged or lost exclusively during the transit period. Any issues arising after this transit period, including damage or loss occurring once the item has reached its intended destination, will not be covered by this policy.

How do i track my online order?

Once your online order has been dispatched you will receive an email to notify you that your order has been shipped with a tracking number from Australia Post. You may also log into your account to see your tracking details.

Click & Collect

How does Click & Collect work?

Click & Collect allows you to order online but pick up in store. Simply select "Click & Collect" at checkout to the store you wish to nominate and checkout as normal. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collections.

What do I need to bring to collect my Click & Collect

Once you receive an email that your order is ready for pickup please make sure to bring along your valid photo ID and present to the store your order confirmation email.

I can see the item I want is in stock at my preferred store but I can't checkout?

Please contact us at our online order enquiry page with what items and what store you wish to pick up and we can assist you with placing a click & collect order.

Can I pick up my Click & Collect order from multiple stores?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to select multiple stores for one order. Please checkout as a separate order to pick up items from different stores.

Returns, Refunds & Warranties

Can i refund/exchange my items?

Yes, we do! For all in store purchases you are welcome to take your items into your closest Kidstuff store and our friendly team members will be able to assist you with your return or exchange.

Can i return/exchange my online order to a nearby store?

Yes, any online order can be returned or exchanged to any of our Kidstuff stores. However, refunds for online orders cannot be processed directly in-store.

Our store team will assist you by requesting our online team to process the refund for the items returned.

What is Kidstuff’s return policy?

At Kidstuff, we offer exchanges for any full-priced item both in-store and online. To qualify for an exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • It is unopened and unused.
  • It is in its original packaging.
  • It is returned within 28 days of purchase (for in-store purchases) or delivery (for online purchases).

Additionally, a valid proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

How do i return faulty items?
  1. Return to Store: Bring your items to your nearest Kidstuff store for a quick and easy return or exchange if stock is available.
  2. Return by Post: Simply log into your account to view your order and start your return if it is within the 28 days. If it is outside the return window, please submit this form

Gift Cards & Store Credit

How do eGift Cards work?

When you purchase a gift card online, you will be sent a digital copy to your nominated email at checkout.

Can i use my Kidstuff eGift card in store & online?

Yes any eGift cards purchased directly with Kidstuff can be used both in store or online.

My physical gift card won't work online?

Unfortunately, due to system limitations, physical gift cards cannot currently be used for online purchases. However, we're happy to help! Please contact our customer support team, and we'll assist in converting your gift card into a code that works for online transactions.

How long until my gift cards expire?

Both physical and digital Kidstuff gift cards expire after 3 years since the date of purchase.

I have a physical gift card from The Card Network (TCN) how do i use it in store?

If you have a physical gift card from The Card Network it works just like an eftpos card. To use your TCN gift card, swipe the card through the eftpos terminal, select "SAVINGS" and enter the PIN on the back of the card.

Can I use my Store Credit Voucher online?

Yes, you will be able to use your store credit voucher online at checkout in the "discount code or gift card" section.

Products

Can i choose a particular design or colour for items listed as "assorted"

Unfortunately not, for orders placed online we are not able to fulfill specific requests for assorted items and will be selected at random.

What does dropship/online only mean?

Items marked dropship/online only are delivered directly to you from the supplier and will be shipped separately from Kidstuff.

How do i cancel my order?

We will try our best to accommodate your request. Please note there may be instances where your order may be unable to cancelled. If this is case we will assist with exchanging, refund ore returning your order once it has been delivered.
