Shipping policy

At Kidstuff, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. We use Australia Post for all our deliveries to ensure reliable and timely service.

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days depending on your location
  • Orders over $150: Free shipping.

 

  • Orders under $150: Standard delivery fee based on the destination:
      • Australian Capital Territory: $9.90
      • New South Wales: $9.90
      • Northern Territory: $19.90
      • Queensland: $9.90
      • South Australia: $12.90
      • Tasmania: $12.90
      • Victoria: $9.90
      • Western Australia: $14.90

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. However, we specialise in delivering gifts within Australia to the friends and family of our international customers.

Awaiting Fulfilment means your order has been sent to our warehouse team.

Shipped means Australia Post has collected your order from our Warehouse and it’s on its way to you! Once the order has been picked up by Australia Post, it is in their hands.

SHIPPING TIMES

We endeavour to dispatch your order within 2-3 business day of you placing it, however during peak or promotional periods (eg sale, Christmas) please allow up to 10-days for your order to leave our warehouse. 

Please see the below table for approximate shipping times in business days, once dispatched.

INCORRECT ADDRESS / ORDERS

We are able to change the details of an order once it has been placed. Please contact Customer Care by calling 1300 57 88 33 if you have made an error and we will try to halt your order, however due to fast processing times this is not guaranteed. 

We do not accept any liability for incorrect addresses, however we will always try to amend where we can. If your order is returned to our warehouse due to incorrect address and error made during purchase you will be charged shipping rates for the second time before your order is reshipped. To avoid disappointment, please make sure you check your delivery address carefully.

DROPSHIP DELIVERY

Our Ambosstoys, Aquaplay, Backyard Discovery, Lifespan Kids, Smoby & BIG ranges of toys are delivered directly to you from the supplier, and are only available to purchase for customers within the Metro Areas of all capital cities. They do not deliver to Post Boxes.
